How to delete your data
Pick the app. If the method you need is missing or did not work, write to support@memonavi.eu. We reply within one month.
- Open Settings → “Delete all data”. To keep a copy first use Settings → “Export all data”. Uninstalling the app also removes all data. If you turned on a copy in your own storage, delete that file there yourself: the app does not remove it.
- Talent Foxes
- A parent opens “Settings” → “Data and deletion” and deletes a child profile or the whole family with all its data. Data is removed from the database immediately; copies at the provider disappear within the period it sets.
- Folia
- Delete your account in the app itself (profile → “Delete account”). Send any other request to support@memonavi.eu; we reply within one month.
- Stayka
- Open “Profile and privacy” and tap “Delete all data” twice (the second tap confirms). Uninstalling the app also erases the data: there is none on our servers.

- In the app tap “Reset progress” (“Data” section), or uninstall the app / clear browser data. Nothing is sent to the developer.
