Stayka — Privacy Policy

In short
Right now Stayka keeps everything on your phone only. There is no account, advertising, analytics or tracking, and the app sends nothing to the developer's servers.
Who is responsible
The app is developed by Andrey Glinskiy (an individual). For questions about your data write to support@memonavi.eu.
What is stored on your phone
- Your profile name and an optional avatar: the photo is compressed and kept on the device.
- Your answers in groups (lunch, polls, events) and settings: language, theme, alcohol-free mode.
- A record of your consent and age (18+) confirmation.
Groups and members in the demo mode are made up.
What the app does not do
- It does not collect location, phone contacts or advertising identifiers.
- It does not record or send questions and answers from the games.
- It loads no fonts or scripts from the internet: fonts are built in, and there is no analytics or advertising SDK.
- It shows no ads, builds no profiles and does not sell data.
18+ games
The alcohol sections and “18+ Talks” are for people aged 18 and over. Age is confirmed by your own tick; we ask for no documents. You can play with water, and alcohol-free mode is on by default.
Legal basis and retention
The basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Data is kept until you delete it or the app.
Your rights and deletion
You can view and change your data in your profile at any time. To delete everything open “Profile and privacy” and tap “Delete all data” twice, or uninstall the app. Send other requests to support@memonavi.eu; we reply within one month. You may complain to the data protection authority of your country.
If sync arrives
When Google sign-in and sync between friends (Firebase) arrive, we will update this policy beforehand and ask for your consent again.
Testing requests
If you apply to test an app through our website, we process the details you enter in the form: your email address (the email of your Google account, if you want an invitation to a Google Play test), your name, phone model, Android version and language if you provide them, your comment, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older (for Talent Foxes, that you are a parent or legal guardian). We use them only to contact you about the test, to send you a link or an invitation to the test version and to follow up on your feedback. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before we give you access. Your request is received and stored through the form service of this website (Wix.com Ltd. and its sub-processors acting on our behalf). If you ask for a Google Play test, we add your Google account email to the tester list in Google Play, and Google processes it under its own terms. We keep your details only as long as the testing of that app runs and delete them earlier on request. You can ask for access, correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent, by writing to support@memonavi.eu; withdrawing does not affect what we did before. Applications are for adults; we do not knowingly accept requests from children.
