Talent Foxes — Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Data controller: Andrey Glinskiy, contact email: support@memonavi.eu. Talent Foxes helps parents motivate children to move and tidy up: a child completes tasks, a parent approves them, and the child earns stars and grows a virtual pet.
2. Who the app is for
The app is managed by a parent or legal guardian. A parent signs in with a Google account and creates the child's profile. A child cannot register alone. By creating a child profile, the parent confirms being the child's parent or legal guardian and consents to the processing of the child's data under this policy.
3. Data we process

We do not collect location, photos, contacts, microphone, camera or advertising identifiers. The app has no ads and no advertising or behavioural trackers. We do not sell data.
4. Legal bases
- Performance of the agreement with the parent (the Terms) to run the service.
- Consent of the parent or legal guardian to process the child's data. It can be withdrawn at any time by deleting the child profile or the family.
- Legitimate interest in security and fixing faults.
5. Who receives the data
Data is stored and processed by our infrastructure provider, Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore in the European region eur3, and Firebase Cloud Messaging when notifications are enabled). Google acts as our processor. Firebase Authentication may process data outside the EU; the transfer is covered by the EU standard contractual clauses.
Spotify and Yandex Music playlist links open in external apps. We do not pass the child's data to them; the parent chooses the link.
6. How long we keep data
As long as the family or profile exists. When you delete a child profile or the whole family in the app (Settings, "Data and deletion"), the data is removed from the database immediately. Copies in the provider's backup systems disappear within the period the provider sets. Children's sign-in records may remain in the authentication service as technical records without data until they are removed in routine clean-up, on request, or with the child's password at deletion.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, restrict, receive a copy of your data and object to processing. A parent can do most of this in the app. For the rest write to support@memonavi.eu; we reply within one month. You may also complain to a supervisory authority: the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy) or the authority in your country.
8. Security
Data travels over secure connections. Only the parents of a family can access that family's data, while a child sees only their own profile and the family's shared rules. Database access rules are enforced by the server.
9. Children
We show children no ads, do not profile them, and do not ask for more data than the app needs. A parent can view the child's data in the app at any time, change it or delete the profile.
10. Changes
If the policy changes materially we will tell you in the app. The current version is always at this address.

12. Testing requests
If you apply to test an app through our website, we process the details you enter in the form: your email address (the email of your Google account, if you want an invitation to a Google Play test), your name, phone model, Android version and language if you provide them, your comment, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older (for Talent Foxes, that you are a parent or legal guardian). We use them only to contact you about the test, to send you a link or an invitation to the test version and to follow up on your feedback. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before we give you access. Your request is received and stored through the form service of this website (Wix.com Ltd. and its sub-processors acting on our behalf). If you ask for a Google Play test, we add your Google account email to the tester list in Google Play, and Google processes it under its own terms. We keep your details only as long as the testing of that app runs and delete them earlier on request. You can ask for access, correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent, by writing to support@memonavi.eu; withdrawing does not affect what we did before. Applications are for adults; we do not knowingly accept requests from children.
