Talent Foxes — Terms of Use

1. What this is

Talent Foxes helps a family agree on tasks and rewards. Stars in the app are virtual, cannot be exchanged for money and have no cash value.

2. Accounts

A parent signs in with Google, creates the family and the children's profiles and is responsible for their use. You are responsible for keeping passwords and the family code safe and not giving access to outsiders.

3. Rewards and children's safety

Real rewards are given by the parent, who decides whether a reward is suitable for the child. Tasks and rules must be safe and achievable for a child. The app does not replace adult supervision and gives no medical, psychological or educational advice.

4. Family rules and contributions

Contributions to the family pot are a game mechanic. The parent chooses the rules and their prices and can undo any application of a rule.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to insult others, break the law or violate others' rights, to try to access other people's data, or to disrupt the service.

6. Data

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete a child profile or the family in the app.

7. No warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but do not guarantee it is free of faults. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect losses. This does not limit consumer rights under law.

8. Changes and ending use

We may change the app and these terms and will tell you about material changes in the app. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting the family.

9. Law and contact
